Nick Hatcher was admitted as a solicitor to the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1988 and has practised on the Gold Coast since admission. Nick oversees the commercial litigation and general litigation side of the business including all matters requiring court appearances. Nick has a special interest in court advocacy, and he has acted for major clients ranging from small to large enterprises and local Councils for many years.
Nick was a founding partner of Woods Hatcher Solicitors in 1989 and has been the principal solicitor at our Isle of Capri office for over 10 years since its opening. At the beginning of 2022 Nick was joined by Katherine Dunn and Thomas Hatcher in partnership.
Nick has been a member of the Queensland Law Society for over 25 years and is also a long-standing member of the Gold Coast District Law Association and a previous committee member.
